The main part of our integrated management systems (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy, customer satisfaction, information security and facility management, especially all management system processes) policy is the understanding of managing all our processes in a way that meets the demands and expectations of our customers at the highest level.
In line with this purpose;

Top management ensures the establishment of a customer-oriented integrated system, allocates necessary resources to all management system processes, especially quality, environment, occupational health and safety, facility management, energy, customer satisfaction and information security, and leads the active participation of employees.

It designs and continuously improves its service processes in accordance with legal regulations, applicable conditions, other terms and customer needs, facility users and other requirements and features of the facility.

It also undertakes to provide services in line with customer needs and expectations, within the scope of an integrated management system, at a level that will maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, with an organizational structure that is innovative, open to change, and supports teamwork.

It manages our occupational health and safety processes in line with legal and other requirements, with employee participation. It takes the necessary measures to ensure that all parties work by protecting health and safety.

In order to create an effective environmental and energy efficiency awareness in all our service processes, it aims to reduce environmental impacts, prevent pollution, protect the environment, prioritize energy efficiency by ensuring the optimum use of energy, and ensure that operational performances within the scope of environment and energy management are kept at a high level. For this purpose, it carries out all its activities effectively.
