ATALIAN Turkey has just won an FM contract with the upscale residence “Brooklyn Park Residences”.Located in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul, this complex consists of several buildings and offers more than 400 apartments and 14 businesses, all on a surface of 112,000 m². The size of the apartments vary from 60 to 150 square meters. The residence offers many facilities, such as swimming pools and sports centers.
ATALIAN Turkey has been entrusted with providing the technical maintenance, cleaning, safety and landscaping services for the coming year. About 20 agents have been deployed since May 18, 2019. Customer had paid a visit ATALIAN stand in FM Expo Istanbul Exhibit and had a chance to find out more about the company globally. The contract was won thanks to the excellent relationship between the Sales and Operations team in Turkey and the management team of the residence.
