ATALIAN Turkey renews its partnership with Carrefour!

Carrefour Sabanci, a Turkish subsidiary of the French supermarket chain, has recently renewed its trust in ATALIAN Turkey.

Carrefour was a customer of ATALIAN Turkey between 2014 and 2017. Having lost the contract in 2018, our subsidiary has just recovered the entire market for the next 2 years.

ATALIAN Turkey is now in charge of no less than 561 stores, ranging in size from 500 to 5000 m2, all over Turkey. For each store, a mobile team is deployed to perform the technical maintenance of the refrigeration systems. This same team also provides repair services in the event of equipment breakdown or malfunction.

A 14-person team based in Izmir also provides remote monitoring of 380 shops around the clock. Altogether, the Izmir platform operates more than 1,300 supermarkets in Turkey for various retailers, including Carrefour, Migros and Kipa.

ATALIAN Turkey managed to regain the trust of this customer, thanks to its expertise in monitoring and maintenance, but also thanks to its excellent relationship with the customer.
